Production & Shipping
Our production process for personalized emblems takes 2 weeks (standard) and 2 business days (rush). Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, 9am - 6pm, excluding holidays and weekends. It consists of the following steps:
- Layout approval: With the help of our experienced artists, your photo will be converted into a format that is best fit for engraving. It will be sent to you for approval before production.
- Engraving: As soon as your layout is approved, it will be scheduled for engraving process.
- Quality Assurance: Once engraved, it will be subject to a series of quality control checks to assess quality of engraved markings.
- Packing and Shipping: As soon as it passes quality check, it will be prepared for shipping. Once shipped, you will receive a text message from our team which includes your J&T tracking number.
SHIPPINGShipping takes 1 to 5 calendar days within Luzon, 3 to 7 days for Visayas, and 5 to 12 days for Mindanao. Rush orders via Lalamove are only available to NCR and select areas in Cavite and Laguna.
Please be informed that a third-party courier will be responsible for the delivery. To ensure successful delivery, please take note of the following reminders:
- Always keep your line open. The rider may call or text you if he has concerns about finding your shipping location.
- Always prepare cash for COD payments. If you will not be available to receive it, please make sure to endorse the payment it to a trusted person.
- Your parcel may arrive earlier (or later) than expected as delivery is affected by several factors. If you expect not to be home and there's no one to claim the package on your behalf, please communicate with the rider and arrange for branch pick-up. With this option, you have 48 hours to claim it.
- Two (2) delivery attempts will be made. Make sure that you receive it avoid the additional re-shipping fee (P150).
- Do not reject the parcel. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately at 09171624746. Kindly take note of your order number and name.
- Unboxing video required. Please record an unboxing video to be eligible for Remakes and Returns, so we can easily attend to your concern.
