We use premium quality highly polished surgical stainless steel with 18k gold plating (for gold variant). Our gold plated emblems may last for years with good and proper care. All are non-tarnish and hypoallergenic*, but not scratch-proof. To see guide on how to best take care of your emblem, see our Emblem Care page. All our products are hypoallergenic as per our supplier. However, if you have prior experience having skin allergies on stainless jewelry, it is highly likely that you are hypersensitive to nickel. Nickel, which is a minor component of all stainless steel jewelries, makes the jewelry more durable. In your case, we recommend that you consult a Dermatologist for an allergen patch test. However, if you still prefer to have your emblem to carry your precious memories with you, you may try to wear your emblem with the chain for a short period of time to see if there will be any skin reaction. If there is, replace the necklace chain with a solid gold or sterling silver, or you may convert it into a keychain.

In order to ensure that we provide the best experience for you, we send layouts for your approval.

If any your requests in the Special instructions or Note section of your order (via website) or on your emblem design recap (via Facebook or Instagram), you may raise it during layout approval. Once approved, a layout is considered final and is sent to engraving process for production.

We accept payments via GCash, BPI, and remittance via Palawan Express Padala. If you opt for payment first, you are allowed settle your payment within 24 hours of order confirmation. If you fail to do so, your order will be automatically processed via COD.

For COD, we strictly implement no cancellation on confirmed orders regardless of the reason. Bogus buyers will be posted on our Facebook page and shared with e-commerce community.

Lead time varies depending on your chosen emblem, and type of processing. Since your emblem is heartcrafted and personalized, it take time to produce quality output. Production time is exclusive of shipping time.

For personalized emblems, it takes 1-4 weeks to process standard orders and 1-2 business days for rush. For more information regarding our production process, you may visit our Production & Shipping page.

For areas in Luzon, it takes 1-7 days to deliver your parcel. For areas in Visayas, 3-7 calendar days. For Mindanao, it usually takes around 5-12 calendar days.

Yes, just choose rush processing upon checkout. Processing takes 1-2 business days. For orders within NCR, we ship via Lalamove as soon as your emblem is done; while for areas outside NCR, we ship via J&T Express.

An additional rush fee of P750 will be charged on top of the order total.

Yes, you will receive your tracking number upon shipout.

You may visit J&T website (www.jtexpress.ph/index/query/gzquery.html) to track your order using your assigned tracking number. If shipped via lalamove, we will send the tracking link upon booking,

Our remakes and returns policy is valid within 7 days after your order was delivered. After this period, we can no longer offer you a refund or remake. For more information, please see our Remakes and Returns page.
